Before contacting us:
1. Make sure the problem isn't with your equipment
- Are all TVs turned on and on the correct channel?
- Are your amps and mixer turned on and turned up to the correct level?
- If you have a video matrix or zoning equipment, is it set correctly?
2. Try a restart
- Press the power button on the front of your system to shutdown your system.
- Wait 30 seconds.
- Press the power button again to switch it back on. The system should take about 1 minute to start up.
3. Make sure your system is online
- Check around the system for a loose network cable and reconnect it.
- Check your router is switched on. Try restarting it.
- Can you access the internet from your office PC, phone or tablet? If not, the problem lies with your internet connection.
